Campus Operations Director (Riverchase Campus)

The Campus Operations Director's role is to serve Church of the Highlands Riverchase by playing a critical role in supporting the overall mission and vision of the church by ensuring smooth operations, effective resource management, and efficient implementation/execution of various services, events, and initiatives at the campus level.

Experience and Knowledge Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful service in a Campus Coordinator role, or in a comparable level of leadership on the Highlands Staff, Highlands College Team, or at another church or organization.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, logistics, project management, or operational leadership.
  • Successful experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Ability to think and act independently with a high degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and prioritize.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for central operations communication- including, but not limited to church calendar, service logistics, and event details.
  • Disseminate pertinent information from central to campus staff and teams.
  • Maintain the campus calendar in coordination with the church-wide calendar.
  • Develop and implement systems to enhance operational efficiency at the campus.
  • Ensure all campus experiences are excellent, and accomplish the vision and goals determined for each experience.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Central Conferences and Events for directing all special events and conferences at the campus. Including but not limited to – scheduling local planning meetings, helping recruit and resource teams, and ensuring the successful execution of the event.
  • Manage communication channels and facilitate effective information flow across various departments.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Central Accounting for assigned budgets, purchases, and policies
  • Facilitate accounting processes for campus (purchase requests, check requests, etc.) through resourcing team or performing processes personally.
