Production Director (Montgomery Campus)
Highlands is passionate about the Great Commission and dedicated to helping build the local church. If you are called to full-time ministry and meet the requirements below, we want to hear from you.
This position will oversee all audio, video, and lighting elements for all services and events at the Montgomery Campus. The position will manage and oversee all production equipment and teams at the campus. It will also contribute to broader weekly operational support of the Montgomery Campus and assist with Central Production responsibilities as needed.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- Active member of Church of the Highlands.
- One year of experience in live production.
- Basic understanding of audio, video and lighting systems, equipment and concepts.
- Intermediate Mac and PC proficiency.
- Familiarity with ProPresenter, Ross Dashboard, BlackMagic VideoHub, and various projector control interfaces is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Relational and team-building skills required.
